What do you know about the history of wired microphones?

Wired microphones date back to the late 19th century, and scientists such as Alexander Graham Bell are working to find ways to better pick up sound for improvements to the latest invention of the time, the telephone. During this time they invented liquid microphones and carbon microphones that didn't work well, but barely worked.
In 1949, the Winnie-the-Bast Laboratory developed the MD4 microphone, which effectively suppresses sound echoing and reduces background noise in noisy environments. This is the world's first noise-cancelling microphone that suppresses feedback.

In 1961, at the Industrial Fair in Hanover, Germany, Senheiser introduced the MK102 and MK103 microphones. The two microphones illustrate a new microphone manufacturing concept, the RF RF capacitor, which uses a small, thin vibrating film that is small and lightweight while maintaining excellent sound quality, and is sensitive to electromagnetic interference.
